For more than 30 years, In Affordable Housing (IAH) has helped Arkansas families build lasting financial stability through homeownership. Founded in 1994, we started with small, in-person homebuyer education classes and one-on-one credit counseling. Today, we're a HUD-certified housing counseling agency serving twelve Arkansas counties — delivering comprehensive services that include housing counseling, financial coaching, down payment assistance certification, and affordable housing development.

As a certified Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO), NeighborWorks charter member, and HomeFree-USA affiliate, IAH has directed more than $125 million in investment into the Central Arkansas economy. That track record reflects what drives us every day: the belief that with the right preparation and the right support, more families can achieve — and sustain — homeownership.
