Founder and CEO
Roma Isom is the founder and CEO of In-Affordable Housing, Inc., a HUD-Certified Housing Counseling Agency and Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) serving communities across Arkansas. With over 30 years of leadership in the affordable housing sector, Roma has built IAH into one of the state’s most trusted and impactful housing nonprofits. An expert in housing counseling, development, and nonprofit management, Roma has secured millions in public and private funding to expand access to homeownership for low- to moderate-income families. He has developed and led programs focused on financial literacy, minority homeownership, and community revitalization—ensuring long-term stability and opportunity for underserved populations. A respected mentor and advocate, Roma continues to lead efforts that turn housing into a pathway for generational wealth and equity.

Rod Isom
Construction Manager & Housing Counselor
Rod Isom is a US Navy veteran and nonprofit housing professional with over 15 years of experience in client services, residential construction, and homebuyer program support. At In-Affordable Housing (IAH), he manages intake, counseling coordination, and CRM database integrity for thousands of clients while supporting first-time homebuyer classes and community engagement. With a background in office administration, customer service, and tech installation, Rod brings a hands-on, client-centered approach to ensuring equitable access to affordable housing.

Holly Stevens
Program Manager & HUD-Certified Housing Counselor
Holly is a seasoned housing professional with over 15 years of experience in affordable housing, homebuyer education, and financial counseling. As Program Manager at In-Affordable Housing (IAH), she leads HUD-compliant counseling programs, manages staff, and oversees outreach to underserved and first-generation homebuyers. A certified housing counselor and skilled real estate consultant, Holly specializes in credit building, financial literacy, program development, and compliance monitoring.
