What IAH 360 means...
What IAH 360 means.
Housing isn't one decision. It's credit before a purchase, education before a mortgage, a lease before either, and sometimes trouble after. IAH 360 covers the whole circle — six services from one HUD-approved agency.
You don't have to know which one you need. Call, tell one ofour HUD-certified counselors what's going on, and they'll point you in the right direction.
Start with your question.
“I want to buy a home. Where do I start?”
Education tells you how it works. Counseling tells you where you stand. A HUD-certified counselor reviews your credit, income, and savings against what lenders look for.
“My credit and my savings aren’t there yet.”
Financial capabilities
Credit, savings, debt, and what your budget actually looks like on paper. A counselor sits down with you and works through it. Either one is a reason to call.
“I don’t really understand how any of this works.”
Homebuyer education
You should know how a mortgage works before you sign one. IAH offers the course through eHome America, online, at your own pace.
“I need a place to rent.”
Rental counseling
Read your lease before you sign it. Know what your landlord can and can’t do under Arkansas law. Renting now doesn’t rule out buying later.
“I’m behind on my mortgage.”
Foreclosure prevention
Call early. That’s the whole thing. Nobody can promise you an outcome. Most people who call have more room than they think.
“I’m looking for a home IAH built.”
IAH develops affordable housing in Central Arkansas for households at or below area income limits. We build it ourselves.
