IAH develops and sells restored single-family homes to income-qualified buyers. Homes receive full health and safety repairs, energy and system upgrades, and quality finishes. Every sale supports stable homeownership in Arkansas.

Who qualifies

• First-time buyers or buyers who have not owned in three years

• Income at or below program limits

• Completion of out HUD-approved homebuyer education class

• Ability to qualify with an approved lender

How to buy

2. Complete the buyer intake and submit income documents.

3. Get lender pre-approval.

4. Review available home and tour with IAH staff

5. Make an offer through the standard purchase contract.

6. Complete inspections, appraisal, and underwriting.
