The Power of Partnerships

Since 1995, IN-Affordable Housing has served more than 750,000 Arkansas families and individuals through homebuyer education, financial literacy programming, housing counseling, and affordable housing construction and renovation initiatives.

Our work has contributed to an estimated 500 million dollars in community development economic impact statewide. Sixty percent reflects direct impact through affordable housing construction and rehabilitation. Forty percent reflects downstream economic activity driven by stabilized homeownership and neighborhood reinvestment.

This is more than three decades of housing infrastructure in action. IAH is now entering a strategic expansion phase. We are growing our Homebuyer Education staff, increasing counseling capacity, and modernizing delivery systems to expand mortgage readiness statewide.

We are seeking institutional partners to scale this infrastructure.
